#1 Ecstatic Fatboy Bean Bag Customer

At Fatboy Bean Bags we are constantly trying to stay in touch with our customers. Without them we would be out of business. It is critical that we know what customers think of our service. Around 4 weeks after a customer
buys we send them out an email asking them for feedback on a product by means of a short questionnaire.

I am thrilled to say that 99% of our customers have been thrilled with our product. Below is just one example of

Why do you do business with us ?

I have been loking for a bean bag for a while, but nothing look remotely satisfactory both from a price perspective or quality perspective until I found your website.

What was not so pleasant about doing business with us?

Delivery was quick and sales engagement was very good.

Have you ever purchased a product similar to ours from a different company ?

No, as I said I wasn’t able to find in any other shop what I was looking for. Except with you guys.

If you did, how was that experience different from the experience you had with us ?

What would you like us to offer you ? What would you want to buy from us if only we were SMART ENOUGH to offer it to you ?

Some kind of referal program would be nice as a lot of people are looking for quality bean bags.

In all, I am very satsfied with the quality of the product and it has definitly overcome my best expectations.
