#2 Another Thrilled Fatboy Bean Bags Customer

Customer service is what Fatboy Bean Bags is all about. We like to hear the truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth. We are constantly striving to do everything possible to give people a great user experience even if that
means negative comments.

Now we could hide any negative comments but we dont want to do that. Declan below expected us to have more bean bags and stock. Because of his remark we now ensure that we do carry more stock.

What we had to do at the beginning was work out which were the most popular bean bags and order more of those in. Now that we have 6 months of data we  know exactly what people want.
