Check This Dog Out Having A Nightmare

He is obviously in the middle of some kind of dream then the poor blighter gets majorly disorientated when he wakes up and slams straight into the wall.

The kicking of his legs are just hilarious. You would love to be a fly on the wall inside the dogs head to try and suss out what he really is thinking about.

Humans quite often do this as well.There are some instances where I have gone to sleep and I was just about to crash out my leg involuntarily begins to twitch. What it is, is simple your body shutting down telling you it i stime to go to sleep. There is nothing unpleasant about it at all.

Admittedly when I feel it coming on I dont try and do anything about it. To the best of my knowledge I have never
jumped out of bed and banged myself against the wall when I did it.
